Please read the following terms carefully before booking or attending Maa Ni Mandvi Garba 2026.

  1. Traditional attire is compulsory. No entry will be permitted without traditional dress in the Garba ground.
  2. Each ticket / pass admits one person only.
  3. Only the original ticket / message issued through Showmates will be considered valid. Forwarded messages, screenshots, or copies of tickets will not be accepted.
  4. It is mandatory to get the Showmates ticket / message scanned at the ticket window and collect the entry belt. Entry will not be permitted without a valid belt.
  5. Re-entry is strictly not permitted once the guest exits the venue.
  6. The rights of admission are reserved with the organisers.
  7. Unauthorised sale, resale, or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation or seizure of the ticket without refund or compensation.
  8. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  9. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: glass objects, handbags, tape recorders / recording devices, outside food or eatables, drinking water, pan masala, liquor / alcohol, cigarettes / tobacco products, lighters, matches, drugs / narcotics, metal objects, weapons, and other prohibited items as determined by the organisers.
  10. Persons found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted. If found inside the venue, they will be immediately evicted.
  11. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or incident occurring in the parking area, including free parking.
  12. All passes are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase.
  13. In case of cancellation due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, no refund will be issued.
  14. In the unlikely event that the event is postponed or rescheduled, the organisers will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or additional expenses incurred by attendees.
  15. Participation in the mandatory 6 steps of Mandvi Garba is compulsory for all attendees.
  16. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person violating the event rules or creating inconvenience, disturbance, or safety concerns.
  17. In case of any dispute, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
