Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Maa Ni Mandvi. By purchasing a pass or attending our Navratri festival, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticketing & Entry

  • All ticket and pass sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, unless the event is officially canceled by the organizers.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.) along with the booking confirmation/QR code must be presented at the entry gates.
  • Entry is strictly restricted to individuals holding a valid physical or digital pass. Any attempt to use duplicate tickets will result in immediate denial of entry.
  • Re-entry is strictly prohibited. Once you exit the venue premises, your pass becomes invalid for that day.
  • Management reserves the right of admission. Entry can be denied if an attendee is found to be in violation of any event rules or local laws.

2. Dress Code & Conduct

  • Traditional Attire is Mandatory. Attendees must wear authentic traditional Indian/Gujarati attire (Chaniya Choli for women, Kediyu/Kurta for men) to participate in the Garba rounds.
  • Organizers reserve the right to restrict entry to the main Garba ground for anyone not wearing appropriate traditional attire.
  • Maa Ni Mandvi is a family-friendly cultural festival. Misbehavior, harassment, eve-teasing, or any form of disruptive conduct will result in immediate eviction from the premises without a refund, and may lead to legal action.

3. Security & Prohibited Items

  • The venue is strictly monitored by CCTV cameras, and robust security checks (including physical frisking and bag checks) will be conducted at all entry points.
  • Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, weapons, sharp objects, and flammable materials are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any person found under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be handed over to the local police authorities immediately.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

  • By attending the event, you acknowledge the physical nature of Garba and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
  • Medical assistance and first-aid will be available on-site, but the organizers are not liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or pre-existing health conditions aggravated during the event.
  • The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (including mobile phones and jewelry). Please secure your valuables.
  • Parking is entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk. Organizers will not be held liable for any damage or theft of vehicles in the parking areas.

5. Media & Photography

  • By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by our official media team.
  • The organizers reserve the right to use these photographs and video recordings for marketing, promotional, and security purposes without any compensation to the attendees.
  • Professional cameras, tripods, and drone photography by attendees are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government restrictions leading to event cancellation or rescheduling, the organizers’ liability is limited strictly to the ticket face value, subject to the ticketing partner’s policies. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
